畢業兩個月了，馬上必須使用OPT, 但沒找到工作， 請問

是否使用OPT 的條件是必須有工作才行，不管 FULL TIME, CONTRANCT, PART TIME?
-Right, full-time, part-time, contract, or job without pay (volunteer) is all OK as long as the job is related to your major. You need to get the job within 3 months.

沒工作可以用OPT 合法待在美國嗎？
-If you need do not find a job within 3 months, you are out of status.
