為父母申請綠卡，填I-864，有幾個問題


1. 我一個人的收入夠了，但是不是把老公的收入一起填上更有利？
-It does not matter.

2.Part 6, item 19, tax year total income: 我和老公是聯合報稅，那這個數字是填1040上的聯合數字，還是我要自己算一下我的數字？
-If your spouse does not file I-864A (i.e. you do not use his income), you only can fill your personal income there.

因為我有ESPP的sale，所以如果是我自己的數字，那就應該是工資加ESPP的sale，那就和1040，W2都對不上呀？
