請教8老師, 父母在美辦綠卡，同時申請了I-485 和AP, 綠卡下來之前，如果用AP 回中國，出境時如果超過原來入境時的移民官規定的半年, 算不算逾期居留？
-As long as they filed I-485 before their B-2 I-94 expired, it will be fine to use AP to travel.
