申請入籍所需文件的翻譯問題。請8老師指教。萬分感謝！

我知道國內的離婚證書需要翻譯，之前看過8老師解答其他朋友的問題，下麵附上原貼。

我想請問一下，翻譯工作是不是一定要找專門機構去做？還是自己找人翻譯之後，請幫忙翻譯的人寫一份Certification就可以呢？謝謝8老師指教！

請問一下8老師，我準備辦入籍，請教你入籍的上交材料問題。 以前在中國辦的離婚，需要在美國辦離婚證書公證嗎？
