朋友一家(綠卡）回美國休假1.5個月，想請他們帶弟弟9歲女兒(她今年1月和弟弟一家來過，有美國10年簽證)一起來美國，過完暑假後一起回中國，我的問題是：

1. 可以請朋友一家帶過來？(他們同意) 
-Yes.

 2. 需要準備些什麽材料？
-Nothing because they are green card holders and the child has already had 10-year B-2 visa.  Technically, you have nothing to do with their return to US because they are green card holders. The child is only related to theirs (the child is visiting them, not you).

Of course, they can visit you and live in your house temporarily, but you still are not required to do anything by law.
