I751 申請費問題

請教申請費中孩子部分的生物信息采集費用，根據instruction，如下

The filing fee for Form I-751 is $595. A biometric services fee of $85 is also required for petitioners.
Each conditional resident dependent, eligible for inclusion on the principal petitioner’s Form I-751 and listed under Part5. of Form I-751, is required to submit an additional biometric services fee of $85, including dependents residing overseas pursuant to military or Government orders, regardless of age.

是不是隻要是在第五部分有孩子的，也即是不管孩子是否要申請去掉條件，都需要加一個生物信息費85？

是不是隻需要一帳支票，把所有的費用在一張支票上？
