OPT 申請還沒寄出，但申請OPT 的新的I20 已收到，還沒畢業，8月中旬畢業，準備申請OPT,請問這種情況能回國嗎？
-No. If you leave US before the OPT approval and getting the job, you may not come back using the F-1 visa. Talk to your school whenever you want to leave US during the OPT.
