Filling I-485 and I-765. Is it right? One check for filling I-485, $1140 and biometrics Fee $85, Total $1225, Another check for filling I-765, $410. Should add biometrics fee $85 on I-765? Total $495. Thanks!
-Not right. You only need to pay total $1225 for I-485 filing. There is no filing fee (it is free) for I-765 filing which is based on I-485 in your case.
