經過近一年的努力，今天我和太太終於在廣州通過了麵試，我準備在6.20來美國，請問八老師以下幾個問題：
1、我持移民簽證來美後，在還沒有取得綠卡的時候能否去加拿大旅遊？

-Yes. Just show the endorsed immigrant visa stamp on the passport to travel and reenter US.

 

我有加拿大的十年旅遊簽證的。-Not need the visa to visit Canada in this case.

2、由於我現在國內仍然還有工作要做，6.20來美後，9月上旬需要回國，明年2月初再來美，然後住兩個月後再回國住兩個月，這樣每年回國兩次（春季和秋季），是否需要申請回美證呢？

-I think so.
3、聽說回美證隻有兩年有效期，且隻能辦兩次，是這樣的嗎？-No law limits that, but if you apply for more than twice continuously, USCIS may not approve it unless you have very strong reaqson, e.g. you work for a US employer and the employer send you to work in China.
