我是美國公民。兩年前用I-130表為妹妹申請美國移民, 妹妹為beneficiary。她的丈夫和孩子也填在I-130表上了，為derivative beneficiaries.

現在，妹妹的丈夫和孩子準備填DS-160表，申請來美旅遊簽證B2. DS-160表上有如下問題：

"Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petetion on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?"

對這個問題的回答，妹妹的丈夫和孩子應該填YES? 或者NO呢？
