回複：Fill in I140 by Adobe Pro

Not too difficult, I just figure out how to do it a cople days before.
go tools->advanced editing->forms->text field tool and click and make a red same size space on every location you have to fill, then save it reopen your I-140 pdf file and you can star to type.
