-No. Because she used a new H-4 visa to reenter US and then, filed I-485, all of this kind of record were removed. It seems the IO who dealt with her I-485 is very inexperienced (probably just graduated from a high school). This IO should have not  asked your spouse to provide the evidence of  her legal stay before her lastest entry.

還是說那195天由於H1Bpetition，不算unlawful presence？-Right.
