-Yes.

2. 申請表中 Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip 一欄， 是填自費好還是邀請人付費好？

-You had better pay the fee for her if you have income (i.e. you are not a student, etc.), and submit the completed I-134 with the support document (see I-134 Instructions).
