Documents I need to prepare are:

  1. letter to the consulate
  2. Invitation letter to my mom
  3. Form I-134
  4. Bank statement – two months
  5. Copy of my certificate of citizenship
  6. Copy of personal tax return – one year
  7. Copy of business tax return – one year

Also include Form I-407 to give up Green Card.

My questions are：

Are these documents enough? Do I also need to provide a copy of my birth certificate and bank letter?
