看了I130，說not eligible for adjustment in USA. 原因可能是：我太太F1身份去年有一個半月out of status, 原因是miscommunication. 我們file 了reinstate. 現在她的status reinstatement approved. 怎麽把這個改過來呢 to adjust status in USA？謝謝

-Yes, she is qualifed for I-485 filing. After the F-1 status was reinstated, her status gap has been removed (i.e. it is equal to that she has never been out of status). She does not  need to report this in I-485, and just say "No" to the  related question.
