最近幾年才離婚的。

-叫國內當地派出所出個證明，然後去公證處作個公證。Their marriage ctertificate is needed for the I-130 filing for your father. USCIS need to know whether you were born after your parents got married.  Your father also needs to provide teh copy of the divorce certificate.
