在給父母辦綠卡，父母在國內。請教8老師和各位兩個問題：

1。我填的I-130 裏把父母結婚日子寫錯了，表格已經寄去並收到了回執。父母結婚公證現在要寄去。請問現在我應該咋辦？重新填一次Ｉ－１３０嗎？需要向ＮＳＣＩＳ如何解釋？

-You may explain it in the response letter when you send the marriage certificate. By the way, you can not send the marriage certificate unless/until you receive the RFE from USCIS. When you fill out the DS 260 application for immigrant visa in the future, you can put the correct marriage date on DS 260. By the way, you need to file two I-130s, respectively, for your father and mother.

２。父母現在國內。請問在申請綠卡期間，在批下來之前他們還能來美嗎？

-Porbably no due to their immigtrant intent.

還上要等到批準之後才能來？
