Yes, I am based on NIW (approved in Nov. 12, 04). Actually, I have experienecd job chnage before my NIW I-140 was approved, I am still working in the same field. I had filed another I-140 based on EB-1-ORS first, concurrently with I-485, but EB-1 based I-140 is still pending. Last month may lawer send INS a letter to tell them my second I-140 had been approved. Seems like the letter works and they related my NIW based I-140 with my I-485 this time (?).
