Following is one of my colleagues, she came here 2 months ago as a visiting scholar. She has a question and hope to get your help.

我是以J_1簽證來美一年的訪問學者，打算讓丈夫以J_2簽證過來一起過春節，大概停留兩個月左右，可是申請j_2簽證時被拒了，同時父母申請的B2已經過了，資料基本齊全，這邊給寄的2019表，但當時沒有提供在國內的工作證明，想再次申請簽證，是應該申請j_2還是B2呢？
