現在填簽證申請表希望父母能來美探親，準備簽證麵試的時候一起提交I-407。簽證申請表有個問題： 這裏是填YES還是NO？我是準備填YES。需要先行FILE I-407嗎？然後填NO？

-Say "No" because the IO will approve the I-407 first, then the visa application even if both forms are submitted at the same time.
