A few days ago, I raised a question about TN visa application with I-140 approval. Thanks for your reply. I have another question about TN visa holder. I am Canadian, if I want to change my employer, I just need the offer letter, along with proper forms signed by my future employer, and I can get my new TN visa on the boarder.

My question is that "can I continue with my current employer for 2 weeks to finish the knowledge transfer after I get my new TN visa? assuming that I also have TN visa with my current employer"

-No. After you crosss the US-Canada border, techincally your original/old TN status is void. Then, you get the new TN I-94/status which is related to the new employer only. Thus, you only can work for the new employer,  not the old employer.
