因為我的收入不夠suppose 我的spouse。我雖然在申請表130上填寫了assets, 但沒有提供證據。請問關於房產的證據，是不是每年的county property tax notice就行了？還是最好準備一個 licensed appraisal?

移民局的信上的original text:

Evidence of ownership, a recent licensed appraisal or county tax assessment, and any mortgage/lien or lien release of any real estate.

這裏的"county tax assessment, 我想就是 property tax notice，是嗎？由於我的house is pretty cheap, 在此我想做一個appraisal 應該價格高一點，對我更有利？另外最後一種，mortgage/lien是什麽？-It means the proof that you got the home loan from the loan provider (e.g. bank), and your house does not completely belong to you unless you have paid off the loan.

You need to find a autherized organiztion/company to estimate your house value in cash based on current market and you need to provide the evidence whether you have paid off the loan, etc.
