求助！今天收到移民局的信 - request for initial evidence

因為我的收入不夠suppose 我的spouse。我雖然在申請表130上填寫了assets, 但沒有提供證據。請問關於房產的證據，是不是每年的county property tax notice就行了？還是最好準備一個 licensed appraisal?

移民局的信上的original text:

Evidence of ownership, a recent licensed appraisal or county tax assessment, and any mortgage/lien or lien release of any real estate.

這裏的"county tax assessment, 我想就是 property tax notice，是嗎？由於我的house is pretty cheap, 在此我想做一個appraisal 應該價格高一點，對我更有利？另外最後一種，mortgage/lien是什麽？
