According to my understanding, F-1 applicant won't be allowed to have immigration intention. Since you have filed for immigration, it is vary possible that your F-1 application gets denied. By the way, you have to leave US for at least one year to qualify for another 6-yr H1 term. Even you get F-1 approved, you won't get H1 in the future anyway.
