file employment based 485, EB3, do I need to fill form I-134 for my wife (H4)?
-No. Eemployment based immgrants do not need to provide I-864. I-134 is for non-immigrant such as B-2, F-1, etc.
Someplace said it is not needed, but my company lawyer want to do it, please advise, thanks
-That lawyer is inexperienced. Probably he/she just graduated from the school.
