夫妻兩人都有綠卡，回國按國內手續領養了一個2歲小孩。給小孩申請B2被拒。丈夫回美後在一月份申請了入籍，已錄指紋，在等待background check。請問8老師，現在可以給小孩申請綠卡嗎？多謝

-You have to live physically with the child for at least two years to be qualifed for sponsoring the chcild's green card (immigrant visa) because you were not a US citizen whne you adopted the child.
