請教8老師N400問題

在N400中，information about your marital history,，有一個問題date of birth of my current spouse's prior spouse,我先生不記得了，還有my current spouse's date of marriage with prior spouse,他也不記得了，應該怎麽填呢，可以填don't remember 或者forgot了嗎？如果這樣填會不會有問題。謝謝。
