使用最新版N-400表，可以網上收到USCIS入籍麵試通知麽？

https://www.uscis.gov/n-400 網站上說： Beginning April 13, all customers who submit the revised Form N-400, Application for Naturalization (dated March 26, 2016) can create a USCIS online account to track and manage their case online. If you submit the revised Form N-400, you will receive a USCIS Account Acceptance Notice in the mail with instructions on how to create a USCIS online account.  USCIS will continue processing your application even if you choose not to access your online account.  USCIS also will continue to send you copies of notifications about your case by mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Having a USCIS online account allows you to: Check the status of your case;
Receive notifications and case updates;
Respond to requests for evidence; and
Manage your contact information online, including updating your address. 請問這是不是說使用最新版N-400表，可以網上收到USCIS入籍麵試通知麽？
我因為敲定了泰國曼穀的一份高薪工作，所以準備遞交完N-400,打完指紋後就去泰國工作。
一直焦慮在NJ沒有合適的人幫我查收USCIS的入籍麵試通知。這入籍麵試通知會寄一份copy給代辦律師麽？
如果真的可以網上收到USCIS入籍麵試通知的話，似乎就不用請律師了，對吧？ 另外該網站還說：If you submit Form N-400 on paper: Be sure to sign the form at Part 13, Applicant’s Statement, Certification, and Signature.
難道說N-400還可以網上提交？我在網上沒有搜到這個選項。
有大牛知道是怎麽回事麽？ 附帶問一句，N-400上要求列出過去5年所有的居住地址。
過去5年，我曾經3次離開美國，一次1個月，一次5個半月，一次4天。
都沒有破壞在美國連續居留的要求。
我是否需要把這3次離開美國時在海外的住址給列出來？ 萬分感謝！
