再請教8老師兩個緊急問題： 1.出生公證有時效性嗎？-No.

一個人的出生日期、地點和生父母永遠不可改變，那麽，20年前做的出生公證書現在還有效嗎？-Yes.

2.大陸以往有的公證書英文版中沒有‘the translator is competent to translate’ （移民局要求）的表述，如何解決這個問題，已經麵對這兩個問題無法回避了，請8老師一定幫忙出個主意。多謝，多謝！
