姐姐因在國內有事業，並且父親年邁經常住院需要照顧，姐姐打算放棄綠卡回國。請問8老師是主動放棄綠卡好還是被動放棄好？

-Not different and the same procedure.  Your sister needs to abandon her green card at any one of the  US Consulates in China, and then can apply a non-immigrant visa such as B-2 visa to reenter US at the same time or later.

主動放棄是不是可以換10年簽證？

另外如果放棄後，以後又想移民美國（兒子是公民)可以嗎？-Yes.
