如果我在美國境內RENEW 我妻子的TD,是不是她在等待TD批準這段時間內不能出美國？

-She can leave US any time, but she needs to apply for the TD visa to reenter US. Bring the I-539 (TD extension) filing receipt notice in case the VO asks for it.

申請過程大概需要多長時間？
