不用孩子的邀請信行嗎？

-Your child needs to provide the invitation letter for you to apply for the B-2 visa to visit him/her unless your purpose of travel is not visit your child.

是不是誰邀請的事誰負責？

-Not really for all. If you illegally stay,  it does not affect your child anything.
