What about asylum?

Thank you so much for your imformation. My H1 was denied because the officer didn't believe my small school could pay that much salary to me. I really want to go to Canada. I am tired of staying in US, working hard, getting little.

I read I-140 form and it says somebody(like the boss, I guss) should file the form on behalf of the alien worker. I'll read I-140 in detail later. But does it affect F?

Or, the last bad choise might be asylum. Does it affect if we come back to US someday?
