如果轉b2, 是不是應該在 i-94過期之前交上去？

-If you want to change H-1 to B-2, you have to file I-539 before you are laid off, or at least within one month after you are laid off, not before the I-94 expires at your case.

交DS160表就可以嗎？

-Not this form, and it is I-539 filing.
