填寫I７６５時，那個Eligibility Category怎麽填寫？

-Put "(c)(9)"

我是申請婚姻綠卡，本人有H１B。

還有開頭那個I am applying for, I should check Permission, not renewal or replacement, right?

-Check "Permission to accept employment" if it is your first time to apply for the EAD.
