N-400填表問題請教8老師

Part11 –

Question 7：

A. Have you ever not filed a Federal, State, or Local tax return since you becamse a Permanent Resident?

B. If "yes", did you consider yourself to be a "Non-U.S. resident"?

我當然一直是按照永久居民file tax的，所以A應該選No是嗎？那麽還需要回答B嗎？空著還是回答No？

 

Question 17:

Were you ever a part of any group, or did you ever help any group, unit, or organization that used a weapon against any person, or threatened to do so? 此處我回答No

1. If “Yes”, when you were part of this group, or when you helped this group, did you….
2. If “Yes”, when you were part of this group, or when you helped this group, did you ever tell…

我的理解是A和B我就不用回答了是嗎？還是說必須選No

 

Question 39-45：

這幾個問題都在問題裏麵假設你是member of US Armed Forces, 比如，if you are currently a member of US Armed Forces…那麽這幾個問題到底是選No還是空著不填？
