謝謝8老師。 我是EB2/3 類，current employer sponsor for I140.
 -It does not matter if your current salary is a little lower than the prevail wage, but the employment verifcation letter or offer letter needs to address that something like "The position, terms and conditions described in the Labor Certification for the I-140 immigration visa will be still available to Mr. XXX (your name) after his adjustment of status to the permanent resident".
