尊敬的8老師，給父母遞交I-130，考古了一上午，還有幾個問題。

1）父母在國內，現在是不是隻需要交1-130及支持材料？

-Right.

2）有的帖子提到交G325,那個是那一步交呢？

-Not need this form for your parents because they don't file I-485 within US.

3）關於地址，以C3為例，state/country，是state和country都要寫呢，

還是可以隻寫country （China）。如果都寫，寫不開呀。

-Just put "China". There is not "State" in China.

4）第C22, 是隻有父母在美國，才填嗎？

 

不在美國的，需要填：“If your relative is not eligible for adjustment fo status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:"

Guanzhou, China

-Correct.

5)如果隻交i-130，也是有一個cover letter比較好，是嗎？

-It is optional.

6）國內辦的公證材料，複印件都是4張一個公證，需要用訂書機訂一下，

 

還是用曲別針？

-Yes. It will be convenient for the IO to scan the document.
