綠卡為成年未婚子女填I-130表格的問題

幫有綠卡的母親填表I-130，給國內的妹妹辦親屬移民。 媽媽是petitioner, 表格中的14項問：

14. If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following:

Date and place of admission for or ajustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission.

這個時間地點，應該填什麽？我們住在san diego, 所以填綠卡上的resident since的時間， 和 san diego? 還有class of admission 又是什麽意思？是綠卡上的category： IR0 嗎？
