請教8老師：還未收到 485 receipt notice, 需要在簽證到期前回國嗎？

尊敬的8老師：我父母的綠卡申請 (I-130, I-485 filed concurrently) 二月11號寄出，二月13號deliverd to Chicago office. 現在還沒收到receipt notice, 支票也沒cash. 父母現在美國，B2簽證，authorized stay ends on 03/03/2016. 我的問題是：如果沒在03/03/2016之前收到receipt notice, 他們是不是就算非法停留了。會有問題嗎？謝謝8老師！
