8老師，新年好！我在準備I－485申請，了解到需要準備I－693體檢報告及附錄，請問附錄是什麽？包括哪些材料？體檢報告和附錄是否都必須密封？

-The Dr. will complete the I-693 with your physical exam results and sealed the envelop containing the completed I-693, and then, give it to you for I-485 filing. You just proivde the Form I-693 to teh Dr. (fill your name, address, etc. on the form before providing it to teh Dr.).
