8老師您好，我正準備入籍申請填寫N-400表。其中第九部分7c關於配偶身份不知如何填寫。

1，我先生沒有綠卡，所以應寫Other(explain)，他現在的身份應該是Out Of Status了，我要如實填寫嗎？怎麽寫？

-Just write his original status and said expired on what date, e.g. B-2 (expired on 12/01/2014).

2，這樣會對我的申請有影響嗎？
