You should not change your working area before I-485 approval. Otherwise I-485 could be denied and you have to leave immediately, then apply H4 abroad.
You hu*****and probably can not file 485 unless he has got his I140 approval before.
My suggestions are:
You can try to find a job in the same area you proposed in I140.
Or, you hu*****and file I140 together with I485 based on his background.
