本人F1，我母親今年會拿到綠卡，如果立刻為我申請F2B綠卡，請問如果我沒有其他工作許可，是否一直要等拿到綠卡才能開始工作？

-You have to have a legal non-immigrant status (H-1, F-1, etc.) until the priority date to be current to file I-485 (several years later).

F2B有相應EAD一說嗎？

-No.  You apply for F-1 OPT EAD when you graduate, or apply for EAD when you file I-485 a few years later.
