denial of I-765 has nothing to do with your future I-485 or pend

1) if you filed I-765 with out an I-485, you may file file a new I-765 with less cost than I-290;

2) you may always file I-765 free of charge with a pending I-485.

No matter what, denial of I-765 has nothing to do with your future I-485 or pending I-485.
