我有兩個問題:

1.假如父母黑下來了, 給父母申請綠卡, 父母100% 可以拿到綠卡嗎?

-No one can say that, but I have never heard any case of failure.

2. 在父母拿到綠卡以後, 然後回中國,美國海關會拒絕父母入境嗎? 因為父母在美國逾期居住過?

-After the green card is offered, their illegal stay record will be cleared. So, it will not affect them to enter US using green card.
