B2 來美，年底剛跟美國公民結婚，還沒有申請綠卡，即將要file 的2015 income tax return 想要file Married Filing Jointly. 請問這情形能申請到social security number 嗎？

-No. You need to file I-485 and I-765 to get the EAD, then use EAD to apply for SSN if you want to get SSN before you get green card.
