8老師，關於I-797表上麵的表述，我還是有疑問，遞交I-130申請時，受益人在美國境內，同時遞交了I-20、簽證、護照等證明文件，為何不符合境內調整身份？

-Possibly USCIS think you can not file I-485 at present because the I-130 priority date is not current yet. You may just ignore it and file I-485 when the PD is current. Go to the local USCIS Office before you file I-485 when the PD is current.

為什麽要移送到NVC？移送到NVC是申請簽證的必經程序嗎？

-Yes, but may just ignore it. If NVC contact you, then just reply to them that you will file I-485 in US, and ask them to stop processing your case there.

移送到NVC是不是意味著要走境外領事程序，而不能境內調整身份了？麻煩您解答下，謝謝您了！（下麵附上I-797的表述）
