我媽在幾年前B1簽證來過一次美國，明年想再來，結果去中信銀行一問，除了簽證費用$160，還要交手續費900人民幣！！
但朋友父母在南京中信辦的一分錢手續費都沒交。。。
我想問下除了去當地中信銀行還有別的途徑嗎？
