請教，公民申請提前申請90天，是不是5年住夠2年半的條件，5年和2年半這兩個counting都延展到了綠卡前的90天。假設我正好提前90天申請，從綠卡開始前的90天到申請日，5年；這5年時間段裏住了2年半，包括綠卡開始前的90天也算進住的日子裏。這樣是可以的嗎？

-You have to physically presence in US for a least 30 months before you file N-400.

如果這樣，那填N400的時候，是不是有關reside, live and travel 的日子，也要填到綠卡前的90天？

再請問怎麽理解 reside in the USCIS district or state in the last 3  months?  是不是這裏的reside是指home address和上稅，不用一定要physically lived 在美國？

申請前在國外出差也是可以的吧？為什麽這裏的state沒用複數是s？

 

那就是說隻能是一個州，不能在3個月的時間段裏從一個州搬到另外一個州？
